Baha Mar Resort is a 1,000-acre Resort development in the Cable Beach area in Nassau, Bahamas. Satchell Engineering & Associates designed all LSS systems including the back of house holding LSS systems for fish, rays and turtles. These back of house LSS systems contained filtration, heat exchangers, UV, and deaeration. SE&A performed detailed heat transfer and hydraulics analysis to efficiently size the system and coordinate the heating and chilling loads with the building MEP.
